Terms And Condition


Period of contract:

The period contract will be inforce for one calendar year,with provision to extend the same  Under mutual understanding of both the parties.if written notice is not received one month prior to the expire  of the existing contract,will automatically termed as further valid for a period of one year,with 10% enhancement nofcharges,of the ongoing contract rates.

Working hours

The duty hours of  security personal will be for 8hrs.In case of non availability of personal, due to any unforeseen reasons, the duties will be carried out by the available manpower under proper supervision .Any additional responsibility  given by the management will be met without affecting the normal duties, the same must be intimates in writing by the management and will bear the additional cost as and where and applicable on actual basis.


Paid Holidays

We shall be charging extra for the national holidays i.e. Republic day,Holi,Labour Day(May 1st,Independence Day and Diwali).

Billing and Payments

We shall raise our bill on 1stof  every month and you must remit the payment on or before 5th of every month, to enable us the distursement of salaries of the security guard from 10th of everyMonth onwards. Cheques should be drawn in the favour of the company.


For units location outside our branches shall provide an accommodation to our staff since the personnel posted at your units will be local person.Incase,if you are not in position to provide accommodation,then we shall charge extra per person /per month towards accommodation charges.
